Tape head for cutting shortened tab lengths. This is ideal for under-height cases or cases with hand holes

DEKKA 215 tape heads are precision constructed in high quality stainless steel using modern laser cutting technology and are highly finished for appearance and corrosion resistance.With DEKKA’s open side frame design, tape loading is simple and easy. Loading can be done in 30 seconds or less without removing the tape head or taking the machine out of adjustment. Reduces down time and costly production delays.

 Features

 
• Cuts shorter tabs which are ideal for shorter cases and cases with hand holes 
• Wide open side frame to allow easy removal or placement of tape (under 30 seconds) 
• Tape application minimizes stress on the edges of the tape to prevent tape snapping 
• The blades are lubricated by an oil pad that stops adhesive build up and maintains the sharpness of the blade 
• The finish on the steel plates of the machine provides added durability and machine life 
• Four preset leverage points allow for different levels of tension on the tape being affixed
