No, in order to accomplish the longevity that PackSmart has, it takes more than just showing up; it takes a certain essence. Essence is defined as:

A willingness to learn is engrained throughout PackSmart, and when one of us learns something, we’re all better for it.  A willingness to learn and then adapt to a new process as a result of the newfound knowledge is integral in continuous improvement and understanding. In a world where technology is pushing the limits of business and industry at a record pace, taking the time to learn new things and apply them is more important than ever.

Each of these values directly relates to the others. Without a willingness to learn and adapt, it’d be more difficult to find better ways. Without being Positive and Engaging, we would likely be less Willing to Learn. The collaborative atmosphere ensures we do what's right for all involved and not just for one individual.  Each of these Core Values strengthens and facilitates the others, and each of these values are critical pieces in the puzzle that makes up PackSmart's character.
