Belcor's systems comprise of standard interchangeable BEL machine modules. The BEL 505 and BEL 507 can be attached to the BEL 250, BEL 252 and BEL 270 to provide a combination case former, pack station and automatic case taper or sealer. This combination eliminates the operator's need to fold the top flaps of cases and consequently offers greater potential for labor saving, increased productivity and improved ergonomics.

Belcor’s fully automatic case formers open and form cases with precision and deliver cases fully formed and ready for packing. The BEL line of quality case sealers are made from heavy duty, anodized aluminum frames, and can be plated and made in stainless steel to maintain durability and good appearance. Automatic case formers featuring “Snap Folder” technology safely folds the top flaps while eliminating the traditional kicker arm. The Uni-Drive speed synchronizes the conveyer belt system to keep cases square during taping.
