Robot 2002

Self-propelled robot capable of wrapping, in less than one minute, loads of any size and weight with stretch film. Battery powered at 24 Volts. Built-in battery charger. Working capacity: over 200 pallets. Practical and easy to use further to being sturdy and safe.

The revolutionary and proven Robot technology has been sold by Aetna for more than 20 years. It consists of a battery operated wrapping system that automatically feels the edge of the load with a spring loaded wheel and applies film as it rotates.

ROBOT 2002 / PFS	Spool carriage with powered pre-stretch rollers; pre-stretch ratio adjustable from control panel from 0% to 250%. Force of film deposit onto load electronically controlled and adjustable from control panel. Electromagnetic brake with delayed operation to ease film hooking onto the pallet.
ROBOT 2002 / FS	Spool carriage with mechanical pre-stretch rollers; pre-stretch adjustable from control panel from 0% to 200%. Delayed operation of the electromagnetic brake to ease film hooking onto the pallet.
ROBOT 2002 / FR	Spool carriage with electromagnetic brake on return roller; film tension adjustable from control panel. Delayed operation of the electromagnetic brake to ease film hooking onto the pallet.
ROBOT 2002 / FRD	Spool carriage with manually adjustable mechanical brake. Brake release device to ease film hooking onto the pallet.
