FillPak is Ranpak's patented fan-fold converter system and represents the culmination of years of research into how to most effectively fill a void. The FillPak system converts kraft paper into a PaperStar output configuration and is the most efficient way to fill an empty space within a cardboard box. Everything from the shape of the PaperStar, to the height of the machine, to its speed and operation has been designed to maximize throughput and minimize cost in high speed void-fill packaging operation. Like the PadPak converter, packaging material is generated right on your factory floor at speeds up to 55 inches per second..

FillPak is designed for the high speed, high volume user requiring top and side void-fill.

The unique box design allows 7 boxes - 700 cubic feet, to be stacked, taped together, and converted for maximum up time and throughput.

 

	3 operating speeds: 30" per second 45" per second 55" per second Produces geometrically shaped "PaperStar" : The most efficient shape for void-fill applications. Stores 7 boxes of paper: 700 cubic feet of material. Footswitch operation: Allows packer to cut at desired material length.
	The AccuFill void-fill measurement unit represents a breakthrough in protective packaging technology. The system automatically determines the quantity of packaging material needed to fill a void in the top of a box and then generates the exact amount of material. The operator helps insert the material but does not determine the quantity. AccuFill uses a sensor array that mounts over a conveyor system. As boxes containing products are conveyed down the line, AccuFill sensors scan the inside of each box to determine its size, measure the volume of the objects inside the box and compute the amount of material required to fill the void in the top of the box. AccuFill can be integrated into any existing conveyor line and can be used with either of Ranpak’s patented converter system – AutoPad or the new FillPak high-speed voidfill system. It can also be used to track voidfill material costs and productivity.
