There are 4 modes of operation offered for the PadPak delivery system:

Feed-Cut Foot Switch - In this mode of operation, the converter automatically feeds out a minimum length pad of 8 inches. The operator can then feed out additional pad length by pressing on a foot switch that is supplied with the converter. When the foot switch is released, the pad is cut automatically.  When the cut is complete, the converter begins a new cycle by automatically feeding out a minimum length pad.

Auto Feed/Auto Cut - In this mode of operation, the operator selects the required pad length in inches (up to 99 inches) using pushwheel switches. The converter will automatically feed out a pad of the length specified by the operator. The pad is then cut automatically. After the pad is cut, another pad is fed out automatically. This cycle continues until the correct pad total is reached.

Electronic Delivery System (EDS)- In this mode of operation, the operator selects the required pad length in inches (up to 99 inches) using pushwheel switches. The converter will automatically feed out a pad of the length specified by the operator. The pad is then cut automatically. After the pad is cut, the converter will wait until the operator removes the cut pad from the output chute. After the pad is removed, the cycle begins again.

Keypad - In this mode of operation, the operator selects one of 14 standard lengths by pressing the appropriate button on the keypad portion of the operator panel. The standard lengths range from 10 to 78 inches. When one of the buttons is pressed, a pad of the length selected is fed out and cut automatically.
