Office Hours
Non-exempt full-time employees work an 8 hour day with a half-hour lunch. Employees may be eligible to regularly begin work as early as 7:00 a.m. and finish as late as 5:00p.m. Work shift hours are arranged with direct supervisor.

Floating Holidays
In addition to the above holidays, after 6 months of employment, you receive 3 floating holidays each year which may be taken at your discretion with management approval. Floating holidays are calculated according to your anniversary date.

Paid Vacation
1 week available after 6 months of employment (to be used prior to end of second year)
1 week after one year*
2 weeks after two years*
3 weeks after seven years*
4 weeks after fifteen years*

*You must use your allotted vacation each year – you can’t carryover any vacation.


401(k)

Sick Days
